One of the biggest announcements was that Ask iManage, the AI-powered assistant, is finally available for EU firms through the Wayfinder Program. This means European customers can now experience the power of AI-driven document search and management within iManage Work 10.
What is Ask iManage? Ask iManage is a generative AI assistant designed to help professionals find and interact with information faster. Users can search documents in natural language, extract key data points, and even ask follow-up questions, all within iManage Work 10.

With the rollout of the New Outlook, iManage Work for Desktop is also evolving with the Zero Gravity Experience Office Integration, meaning no installers or maintenance are required.
Another exciting update is the iManage File Transfer Extension. This feature allows users to securely upload and download files directly from iManage to external sites (e.g., court portals), eliminating security risks from local file storage.
Additionally, Work 10 now remembers the last locations you used, saving you time by reducing unnecessary clicks.
4. Cloud Backup by HYCU: More control over your data
One of the most common customer requests has been for a backup solution that gives firms full control over their data. Enter HYCU for iManage Cloud Backup.
Key capabilities:
- Backup iManage Cloud libraries to customer-owned storage
- Includes workspaces, folders, documents, metadata, and securit
- Configurable full and incremental backup schedules
- Developed in-house by iManage (HYCU never accesses customer data)
Important: This is a backup solution, not a contingency system.
