The breakout sessions can be split to three main topics:


I.R.I.S. will present a number of new and innovative concepts providing additional business value for our customers. These concepts apply to both iManage Work (WorkSite) and OpenText.


Exciting things happen in our partner’s roadmaps! For both iManage White Rabbit (beta launch!) and OpenText Content Suite 16 a major update is expected.


Customers will share their business case, best practices and project experiences. By interacting directly with your industry peers, hands-on information will be shared providing plenty of networking opportunities!

Information Management In The Age Of The New Professional – a keynote by Dan Carmel

Dan Carmel - CMO iManageFor several years it has been clear that powerful forces are reshaping IT as it applies to lawyers, accountants and other professionals. Changes in the where information needs to be consumed, and what information is being used are coming together with changing attitudes on the parts of users to create a perfect storm for IT. In this session, Dan Carmel will explore the three forces that iManage research has identified as changing how professionals use and interact with IT, and how these forces can be addressed by enterprise software vendors in next-generation products and user experiences.

About Dan Carmel – Chief Marketing Officer
As a Chief Marketing Officer, Dan is responsible for go-to-market and product strategies at iManage. He originally joined iManage in 2001 and returned to the company under HP in 2011. Before rejoining the iManage business at HP, Dan was CEO of Spring CM, a leader in SaaS ECM.

Jo Van der Spiegel is a knowledge manager with more than 18 years of experience in the field. Before joining Claeys & Engels in 2007, he has been knowledge manager at Linklaters De Bandt.

The buzz has been going on for months, project White Rabbit is coming to a theatre in Amsterdam! At the IRIS event on September 17th, iManage will host the first European public demonstration of the next generation in iManage Work (formerly WorkSite) user experience. Resulting from dozens of user interviews, this is software designed with direct input from professionals on how they want to work.

Stephen Murphy (Sales Director) is responsible for sales in EMEA at iManage and will elaborate on the vision behind and road to this latest version of their market leading document and email management solution. A live demonstration will show the highlights and new functionalities of  project White Rabbit.

An entirely new developed webbased framework, which is going to replace our existing client installations and offers additional functionalities to both business and IT!

Most customers attended the webinar announcing the new solution framework a while back, we can now proudly announce a first official release!

Highlights we’ll elaborate on during the presentation:

  • A completely new user interface, you can even customize it to your corporate identity!
  • Very limited (if any) impact on client distribution. No workload on client installation and maintenance, a huge advantage for IT!
  • Additional (new) functionalities offered with the base platform;
  • The IRIS Workspace Manager, Trashbin and Security Manager are already available for IRIS PowerTools.
