A Swedish based Big Four global accountancy firm, has appointed IRIS Nederland to optimize document and email management within their tax and legal department with iManage Werk in the Cloud. The solution will better fulfil the demands of their clients regarding: security, reliability, and performance while reducing cost and complexity, and increasing business agility. These capabilities are essential for smooth business operations in today’s dynamic business environment of top tier accountancy firms. IRIS Nederland’ products and services are geared towards immediate, seamless, secure and governed access to information across the organization; whilst increasing the productivity of people and processes and improving profitability.

The firm will significantly increase the effectiveness and efficiency of document and email management as approximately 250 users will be able to access iManage Cloud from anywhere and any device, without any compromise to their user experience. Comprehensive security protections, based on the Zero Trust security model, ensure that team members can share, edit, and collaborate on contract, deals and client-related documents in real-time, whilst all legal data is protected.
With iManage Security Policy Manager as an add-on to their new document and email management system, the firm will be able to effectively manage risk in a de-centralized way by implementing need-to-know security and ethical walls at scale.
